Navigation Systems Engineer
We are looking for an experienced or recently graduated teammate who will develop Navigation Algorithms for safer flight and navigation of aircraft. The candidates are expected to have practical programming skills to work in R&D activities carried out within the body of Cezeri Artificial Intelligence Robotic Technologies company located in Istanbul Technical University (ITU) Teknokent.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Development of sensor fusion algorithms for critical sensors such as radar and laser altimeters, barometers.
- Prepare software- and hardware-in-the-loop (SIL/HIL) simulation environments for the developed algorithms.
- Writing and optimizing C/C++ codes for algorithms that will work in real-time systems
- Writing test codes for developed algorithms, simulation tests and flight tests on aircraft platforms.
- Post analysis of flight data and documenting the developed algorithms.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- B.S., M.S or Ph.D. degree in Computer, Electronics-Communications, Mechatronics, Mathematical Engineering or related field.
- Good knowledge of C and C++.
- Solid experience with version-control systems.
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and/or similar mathematical modeling software.
- Hands-on experience with ARM-based processors.
- English proficiency for writing and reading technical documentation.
- Experienced in MS Office Programs.
- Investigative and responsible personality.
- No travel restrictions.
