Human Resources Department carries out the planning and execution of the recruitment processes in line with the objectives of the company, conducts the orientation process of the recruited personnel, arranges the training process based on their job field, carries out studies to improve workforce performance, and carries out performance evaluation and other HR policy functions including:
• Conducting recruitment pre-qualifications and pre-interviews
• Execution of recruitment processes
• Conducting the orientation process and planning in-house training
• Creation of personnel files
• Recording personnel leaves and reports on the system
• Processing of daily and monthly payrolls
• Management of the performance evaluation system.
