• Graduated from university departments such as Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, etc.
• Registered with the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) and having at least a 40% permanent disability report, 
• Have a good command of English,
• Proficient in engineering computer programs, 
• Prone to team work, strong human relations and communication, 
• Willing to work in a dynamic working environment, 
• Responsible,
