Software Engineer - Part Time
WORK DESCRIPTION
We are looking for junior team members for our R&D department to develop algorithms for safe navigation of Aerial Vehicles (aircrafts). The candidate is expected to have practical programming skills as well as curiosity and passion for aviation.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for teammates who are:
- 3rd or 4th year student in the following engineering departments Computer, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics and Communication, Electrical or Mathematical
- Proficient in C/C++ programming languages
- Proficient in Python prgramming language and mathematical modelling software
- Knowledgable in algorithms and data structures
- Proficient in technical English (documentation and research)
- Proficient in MS-Office software
- Research oriented and responsible
- Able to adjust in busy work schedule and flexible hours
- No obligation to travel
PREFERRED QUALITIES
- Knowledgable in software design patterns
- Previously developed model/signal based anomaly detection algorithms
- Knowledgable in ARM architecture, microcontrollers and FPGAs
- Experienced in Ethernet, RS232, RS485, I2C, SPI ve CAN communications
- Knowledgable in software development and standards
- Knowledgable in software quality assurance processes
- Able to use tools such as JIRA, GIT etc. Effectively
